NAHBS day zero

10:20 pm and we are finished setting up the booth for the show. bikes look good, displays look good but the cool thing was getting to set up our show at the same time other builders that we have looked up to and have learned alot from were setting up. we were all the same-running around trying not to forget anything important. before we left we walked around and noticed some really great stuff. hence, signal cycles' pre-NAHBS, best of the first five hours of thursday night. thats right. in no particular order.

uno. red retrotec double-curving-top-tube bike with little baby S&S couplers, hubs painted to match.

zwei. sycip. pretty much all the bikes. great colors. painted honjo hammertones. dope.

tres. vertigo. new titanium up-start based here in portland. especially his road bike. internal brake routing on ti, super sweet, sexy bent seatstays.

four. the pereira booth. cool rando bikes, subtile paint jobs, beautiful racks, that crazy internal seatstay cable routing, dynamo hub w/internal downtube routing. alex singer-type front derailleur.

cinque. ahearne. go see his bikes.

and anouncing the first signal cycles schwag-a-thon! be the first to bring us two double americanos from a respectable portland coffeeshop(stumptown), after 2pm on saturday and win a free t-shirt!

thanks for playing. now we will see if anyone is reading this blog. good night.
